It would be easy to dismiss this as bureaucratic bungling on behalf on an administration that can’t shoot straight. But the questions in the letter are fair questions, and should be answered – not only by the Governor, but each and every one of the candidates for Congress.
After all, they are the folks that will be enforcing this policy.
