It started with a blog post on one extremely partisan blog.

Then all of a sudden the remarks from Sen. Susan Collins that she thought former presidential candidate and Sen. John Edwards fathered an illegitimate child were everywhere.

“This is awesome. Well, kinda awesome,” said Jeff Parsons, station host of the Q morning show, in his own blog post.

The video of the interview has 8,022 on UStream, where it was first posted, and 3,686 views on YouTube where it was later posted.

“It never crossed my mind that people would think this was shocking, inappropriate, uncalled for, or whatever anyone might think about the comment,” Parsons wrote in a second blog post. “I’m not going to lie. I loved this! Finally some attention on my meaningless little blog in the corner of the internet. So I spent the day reading all the posts all over the internet and even posting in the comment section on a few. It’s really been great reading.”
