A mention in O Magazine came up a couple times in Susan Collins’ travels through the Maine caucuses Saturday.
Oprah Winfrey’s monthly magazine has named Collins one of the top six women in politics that could be president, saying she’s “straight talking, very knowledgeable, and has a solid track record.”
“Wouldn’t it be nice if we could vote for a woman for president, and it wasn’t Hillary,” remarked Mary Small, who introduced Collins at the Sagadahoc County caucus.
After the caucus, however, Collins said, “I don’t see that happening.”
