U.S. Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) will be in Maine Thursday for an event targeted toward Maine’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered community.
Frank, the first openly gay member of Congress, will attend a cruise around Casco Bay with the Maine Democrats to celebrate the third anniversary of the Maine Won’t Discriminate campaign.
The cruise will board at 5 p.m. Thursday at 18 Custom House Wharf in Portland.
