Tad Devine, a leading Democratic campaign strategist, will be the keynote speaker at the Muskie Lobster Bake in Scarborough Sunday.
Devine heads the consulting firm Devine Mulvey LLC and gives communications advice to Democrats running for top offices, including U.S. Rep. Tom Allen who hopes to take the Senate seat away from Republican Sen. Susan Collins in November.
He also was a senior strategist on Al Gore’s presidential campaign in 2000 and John Kerry’s campaign in 2004, and has also advised several campaigns in other countries.
The lobster bake is an annual fundraiser and gathering for the Democrats.

He is an expert in losing races
They are really plumbing the depths if the are billing Devine as the headline speaker. Look at the list of races they are touting his work on. Any winners in there?
Devine
Devine has credentials and should be worth the Listen. Past loses should not be the measure of fitness! If democrats have to discard everyone who has worked on losing campaigns, they will have a very poorly attended event!
