The confirmation hearing for Peter Cianchette can be heard live by going to this site and clicking on the link.
Cianchette, Maine Republican National Committeeman, has been nominated by President Bush to be Ambassador to Costa Rica.
The confirmation hearings are scheduled to begin at 2:30, and Cianchette is fourth on the list.
Sen. Susan Collins will introduce him, and her office has released her remarks.
