PORTLAND -- Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick launched a verbal assault on Hillary Clinton just minutes before voters entered their precinct caucuses.
Speaking to nearly 3,000 people at Portland High School either in the same room or others watching on television, Patrick, an Obama supporter, went after Clinton on her experience, her vote on Iraq and health-care in a way that Patrick has not done before.
"When it came to the war in Iraq one candidate listened to her pollster, the other listened t

His comments come at a time when Obama is gaining momentum in the Democratic race for president, but the race, overall, is tied in terms of delegates.
Patrick also claimed that "Obama has twice as much legislative experience as his other opponent".
U.S. Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-N.Y.) spoke for Clinton before Patrick, but it was basically a positive speech.

Deval Patrick is a Loser
After failing to deliver Mass. to the Obama camapaign, Gov. Patrick will do and say anything to make up for the terrible Obama defeat in Mass.
Looks like Hillary is the loser!
Patrick's candidate won Maine!! The joke is on you, Clintonites.
The Clintons smear and attack anyone who crosses them. Good thing everyone is tired of their ruthless, petty, nasty ways.
Obama Won Despite Patrick
Please - Sen. Obama did very well in Maine even with the support of that loser Gov. Patrick.
Patrick didn't deliver anything for Obama. He just went to Maine to make himself feel good.
I'm just tired of
the Clintonites smear campaign against anyone who crosses them.
If Kennedy, liberal lion over 4 decades in the Senate, had endorsed Hillary, he would have been a hero.
He *dares* to endorse Obama, and the knives come out.
Plenty of people have endorsed Hillary and no one is badmouthing them.
I hate these ruthless politics from the Clintons. They have no respect for differing opinions. Very mean-spirited and petty, if you ask me.
Why defend Patrick
I am not sure what the need is to defend Gov. Patrick. I am critical of him because he is doing a poor job in Mass.
As for the Obama campaign, he is the Governor of the state and could deliver it, even with Sen. Kenndy's endorsement.
And, if you read my posting - I had nothing bad to say about the Senior Senator from Mass.
Alright, fair enough
I thought you were doing what the Hillary fans were doing when Kerry, Kennedy and others endorsed Obama.
