Presidential candidate and New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson told about 300 supporters in Hanover, N.H. today that he felt he won yesterday’s debate. He said he is the only candidate who represents both change and experience.
His strategy, he said, is to finish in the top three in New Hampshire, and then “run a marathon” in the western states.
He touted his foreign policy experience, and his aggressive plan to address education. This includes a minimum salary of $40,000 a year for teachers, and he will get rid of No Child Left Behind.
When asked what he thought of Maine, he simply said, “I love Maine,” before being whisked away by staff.
